Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by us.
Non-Faulty Items: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., sizing issues or change of mind), you may do so within 30 days. Please note that return shipping costs for non-faulty items will be your responsibility, with fees ranging from £15-£25+, depending on size and weight. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the item to confirm it is in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
Returns on Sale Items (Non-Faulty)
While UK law does not require us to accept returns for sale items unless they are faulty, we offer a 30-day return policy for non-faulty sale items as a gesture of goodwill. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Alternatively, we can offer a partial refund of up to 70% for non-faulty sale items, allowing you to keep the item and avoid return shipping fees.
Return Policy for Multiple Orders of the Same Item
If you purchased multiple quantities of the same item, including through upsell or discount offers, only the lowest-priced item will be eligible for a refund in the event of a return request. This applies regardless of purchase order or reason for return.
We do not offer refunds for the higher-priced version if a lower-priced variant has been purchased. All standard return conditions apply, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs for non-faulty returns.
Exchange and Upsell Refund Policy
If an exchange is processed and a replacement item is sent, neither the original nor the replacement item will be eligible for return or refund.
Additionally, items purchased through upsell promotions cannot be returned or refunded separately from the main order.

As a small business, we do not mass-produce our items. Occasional minor imperfections, such as loose threads or slight variations in stitching, may occur. Returns After 30 Days
Returns or exchanges cannot be processed beyond 30 days of delivery.
If a customer contacts us within the 30-day window but fails to follow up promptly, causing the process to exceed the timeframe, we will be unable to process refunds or exchanges. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete the return process within the 30-day period.
Return Shipping Instructions
All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in the UK via tracked shipping. To start the return process, customers must first email us at info@sunnyvibe.shop where we will provide the return address to you. Returns without a valid tracking number cannot be processed. Refunds will be processed after inspection to confirm the item is in its original condition, including tags and packaging. Used or customized items are not eligible for a refund.
General Refund Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Refunds for non-faulty items will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item to verify its original condition.
Non-Delivery of Orders
We cannot issue refunds for non-delivered orders caused by factors within the customer’s control, such as an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel. We advise customers to track their orders using the provided shipping details.
Order Cancellations
To cancel or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot cancel orders that have already been fulfilled.
Automated emails may still be sent regarding your order status even after cancellation. If your cancellation has been confirmed, you may disregard these emails.
